Even after the flames have been extinguished, your problems are far from over. Lingering smoke and difficult to remove soot can mean unpleasant odors and stains on surfaces and furniture for years to come, unless removed or properly cleaned. Smoke may enter the ductwork system and affect an entire house. Fire restoration requires a specialized skill and expertise to repair and restore your property, but it also needs immediate attention. All items to be restored will be isolated within the premises or outside. It also incorporates cleaning of the structure and other installments like a/c ducting, cavity spaces etc. Flood Restoration All flooding and water damage will need to be addressed immediately. Extraction, drying and removal of all water damaged materials with an immediate response within the first 24 to 48 hours and a thorough clean-up, dehumidification and disinfection of all affected areas will prevent or limit the chances of mold growth. We will also establish drying goals for affected building materials and contents at the beginning of the restoration process.
